Appointments at NHS Highland: Garry Coutts, Pam Courcha and Dr Vivian Shelley
Garry Coutts has been appointed to serve for another four years as chairman of NHS Highland’s Board. Mr Coutts is the managing director of The Communication Skills Company [Scotland] Ltd, a training company. Prior to being appointed chairman, he served as a member of Highland NHS Board for two years as the nominated Local Authority Councillor for Highland Council and he chaired the Audit and the Patient and Public Engagement Committees in his capacity as a Board member. Garry is also Convenor of the Scottish Social Services Council. Pam Courcha and Dr Vivian Shelley have also been reappointed as non-executive directors for another four years on the NHS Highland Board.
