Alzheimer Scotland questionnaire: Research into the quality of community care service
Alzheimer Scotland is undertaking research into the level and quality of community care service for people with dementia. The organization is seeking the views and experiences of people who are caring for a person with dementia who is currently receiving, or would benefit from receiving, care services.
