National Investors in People status:
South Essex Trust accredited for three more years
South Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust [SEPT] will retain its national Investors in People [IiP] status for a further three years following assessment in January. The Trust has been accredited as an IiP organisation since 1996. Investors in People is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people. SEPT attributes its IiP success to providing solid frameworks for good communication and strengthening teamwork throughout the organisation.
