Lorraine Cabel [pictured] has over 30 years experience of the NHS. She has previously held the position of chief executive [interim] at South East Essex Primary CareTrust, director of Primary Care and Partnerships at Essex Strategic Health Authority, executive director at South Essex Health Authority as well as providing management consultancy services to various organisations in the NHS.
