Permission to reproduce feature articles published in any Health Media and Sport Limited online or printed title must be obtained in writing from the publishers. If granted, the permission will include specific conditions for publication and include both a reproduction and administration fee.

In addition to the payment of the fee, the permission to reproduce feature articles is subject to the following conditions:

• the individual Health Media and Sport Limited online or printed title is credited as copyright holder with appropriate copyright notice © attached,

• the individual Health Media and Sport Limited title is clearly credited,

• the text is not altered or abridged in any way outside the terms of the permission to publish,

• the material is to be used once only by the organisation to which permission to publish has been granted and may not be resold or conveyed in any way to third parties,

• where rights to publish on the internet have been granted, it is for a 12 month period only [unless otherwise agreed], on condition that the material is linked to a specific Health Media and Sport Limited online title,

• the text will not be used in any way that might be considered to be derogatory including but not limited to using the text in such as way as to bring Health Media and Sport Limited and its titles into disrepute,

• Health Media and Sport Limited reserves the right to cancel any permission granted if an invoice is overdue for payment,

• terms of credit are 28 days from invoice date. Currency exchange rates will apply at the date of the written permission to publish agreement,

• cheques in pounds sterling, US dollars or euros, made payable to the publishers: Health Media and Sport Limited.

To request written permission to reproduce feature articles published in any Health Media and Sport Limited online or printed title email the following information to: business@healthmediaandsport.org.

• Name of article requested,

• date published,

• title of the publication in which the article is to be published,

• please indicate the form of reproduction,

• printed format only,

• online format only,

• printed and online format,

• date of publication.
